Review
Who doesn’t know this album that was one of the best selling albums last year (and still sells decently this year). Eyes Open contains a lot of great songs, although they are kinda ‘mainstream’, with some real hits amongst them like their worldwide hit ‘Chasing Cars’. The style of their albums seems to be moving further and further away from their initial style/sound: it is more mainstream and meant for a wider public. A lot of fans dislike this evolution, but I like it If you like all those ‘British britpop/indie groups’ (that aren’t Artic Monkeys-style), this is for you!
